How to Order NHS Repeat Prescriptions with Razi Meds Pharmacy
If you haven’t nominated Razi Meds as your chosen pharmacy, you can nominate it by filling this form (Click here). If you already have nominated us, then all what you need is to use the official NHS App to order prescriptions. Further information about NHS App is available on their official website
Following are the steps on how to install and order your repeat prescriptions:
Step 1: Download the NHS App
You can download the NHS App on your smartphone or tablet:
Step 2: Sign Up or Log In
Once installed, open the app and follow the instructions to sign up. You’ll need to verify your identity using your NHS number or personal details.
Step 3: Nominate Razi Meds Pharmacy
If you haven’t already nominate us, then click here to nominate Razi Meds.
Step 4: Order Your Medication
To request a repeat prescription using the NHS App:
- Go to the homepage or Services.
- Select Request repeat prescriptions.
