Changes to These Terms

We may make reasonable amendments to these Terms at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) Nomination

By using our pharmacy services, you agree to nominate Razi Meds Pharmacy as your NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) pharmacy, enabling prescriptions to be sent to us electronically for dispensing and delivery.

We may verify or reconfirm your nomination with NHS systems to ensure accurate routing. If you wish to remove your nomination, please contact us and we will update this within two working days.

How Our Service Works

As an NHS distance-selling pharmacy, we do not provide face-to-face services. Clinical support may be delivered using secure digital technologies, including video consultations where appropriate.

Once nominated, prescriptions are received electronically, dispensed, and delivered to your nominated address in line with our delivery, safety, and storage policies. We will not dispense medication without a valid prescription (electronic or paper).

Where clinically necessary, our pharmacists may access your NHS Summary Care Record to support safe and effective care.

Your Declarations and Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
  • You will read the Patient Information Leaflet before taking any medication
  • You will inform us and your GP of any side effects, changes in medical condition, or new medication
  • You understand that prescribers rely on your information in good faith
  • You consent to consultations being used to assess suitability for treatment
  • You accept that final prescribing decisions rest solely with the prescriber
  • You will store medicines correctly, including refrigerated items upon delivery
  • You agree to participate in follow-up consultations if clinically required
  • Charges apply only where a consultation is approved and medication is supplied

Your Obligations

You must use the Site lawfully and only for personal use or for someone you are legally authorised to act for. You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and must not share them.

All services are provided in English. You must take medicines exactly as prescribed and follow all labelling and clinical advice provided.

Delivery and Cold-Chain Storage

Medicines are delivered in discreet, unbranded packaging via approved couriers. Some items, including Controlled Drugs or refrigerated medicines, may require a signature on delivery.

Refrigerated medicines are dispatched in validated temperature-controlled packaging (2°C–8°C). You are responsible for ensuring immediate refrigeration upon receipt. Failure to do so may compromise medication safety or effectiveness.

Delivery is limited to addresses within the UK. Addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed. Urgent delivery options may be available at an additional cost.

Video Consultations

Where clinically necessary, a secure video consultation may be required before a prescription is approved. By using our services, you consent to such consultations solely for patient safety and clinical assessment.

Liability and Limitations

We dispense medicines in accordance with GPhC standards and NHS Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including postal delays, system outages, or force majeure events, nor for indirect or consequential losses.

Unwanted Medication

Once dispensed, medicines cannot be returned, refunded, or reused. Unwanted medication should be returned to a pharmacy for safe disposal and must not be disposed of in household waste.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up until the point of dispatch. Once medicines have been dispatched, cancellation or refund is not possible due to legal and patient safety requirements.
