What is Nevolat?

Nevolat is a once-daily prescription weight loss injection that helps you take control of your appetite and lose weight safely. Designed for adults struggling with obesity or excess weight, it works best when used alongside a healthy diet and regular physical activity.

How Does Nevolat Work?

Nevolat mimics natural hormones in the body that regulate hunger and fullness. By slowing digestion and reducing appetite, it helps you eat less without constantly feeling hungry. This makes it easier to stick to a calorie-controlled diet and achieve sustainable results over time.

Who Is Nevolat Suitable For?

• Adults with a BMI of 30 or above (obese)
• Adults with a BMI of 27 or above and a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, or high cholesterol

Nevolat Dosage Schedule

Starting Dose: Begin with 0.6 mg once daily for one week.

Titration: Increase the dose by 0.6 mg each week until reaching the maintenance dose of 3.0 mg daily.

• Week 1: 0.6 mg
• Week 2: 1.2 mg
• Week 3: 1.8 mg
• Week 4: 2.4 mg
• Week 5 onwards: 3.0 mg

Administration: Inject subcutaneously into the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Rotate injection sites to prevent irritation.

Timing: Administer at the same time each day, with or without food.

Nevolat contains liraglutide as the active ingredient—a GLP-1 receptor agonist that helps regulate appetite and support weight loss.

In addition to the active ingredient, the injection also contains inactive components that stabilise the solution and ensure safe delivery under the skin.

• Disodium phosphate dihydrate
• Propylene glycol
• Phenol (as a preservative)
• Hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide (for pH adjustment)
• Water for injections

Nevolat does not contain lactose, gluten, or animal-derived ingredients. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, consult your prescriber before use.

Warnings

Do not use Nevolat if you are allergic to liraglutide or any of its ingredients.

Nevolat is not recommended for individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

Consult your doctor if you have pancreatitis, severe gastrointestinal disease, or liver or kidney problems.

Nevolat is not a substitute for insulin and should not be used in patients with type 1 diabetes or for the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Nevolat is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
